Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new sales opportunities and facilitating service upgrades through proactive community engagement. Your expertise will enable you to act as a consultant, effectively identifying and addressing customer needs while delivering a personalized service experience. You will serve as Kinetic's local representative, ensuring that customer interactions are infused with a personal touch.

Your duties will encompass:

  • Identifying and participating in branding and promotional events.
  • Utilizing marketing insights from the Regional Marketing Consultant to enhance local outreach.
  • Collaborating with sales leaders and operational teams to boost community involvement.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local organizations, including homeowners' associations, real estate agencies, and community partners.
  • Keeping these entities informed about Kinetic's offerings and commitment to the community.
  • Engaging actively with local chambers, civic groups, and charitable organizations to strengthen Kinetic's presence in the area.
  • Working closely with operations teams to address and resolve customer escalations promptly, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and providing insights to the team.
  • Fostering strong connections with other sales teams to ensure a unified approach in customer interactions.
  • Championing Kinetic's local initiatives, promoting local contact points, and ensuring the community is aware of available support and services.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Experience in creating and managing project plans and timelines to meet key deliverables.
  • A proactive mindset with strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • A self-motivated attitude and a drive to achieve performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Comfort in public speaking and engaging with large audiences.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications, broadband, and related technologies.
  • Experience in project management and customer service.
  • A college degree or equivalent professional experience (3-5 years preferred).

Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Additional college coursework or a degree may substitute for some experience as deemed appropriate. This position is classified as safety-sensitive.
