Job Summary

NV5 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Office Manager to oversee administrative operations across four offices in Oregon and Washington. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to utilize your strong office administration skills and support NV5's operations in the dynamic Pacific Northwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage computerized records maintenance, office operations, accounts payable/receivable, cash reconciliations, supplies inventories, and purchasing.
  • Assist in organizing and administering multiple office operations.
  • Support invoicing and accounts receivable tasks.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Corporate teams.
  • Interface with Engineering Group Project Managers and staff.
  • Coordinate events such as team meetings and client engagements.
  • Support the Vice President and leadership team.
  • Review and audit time sheets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of office administration experience.
  • Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Preferably, experience in the construction, engineering, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus.
