Job Title: Neonatologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team at Pediatrix Medical Group. As a Neonatologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to newborns and their families in our state-of-the-art NICUs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-house coverage for our NICUs, including Level-IIIB and Level-IIA units
  • Collaborate with neonatal nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in neonatal care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neonatal medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into your care
Requirements:
  • Board certification in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
  • Experience in neonatal care, preferably in a Level-IIIB NICU
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
