Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to determine patient priorities and treatments
  • Initiate and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient outcomes
  • Seek assistance as needed to complete nursing interventions and ensure positive patient outcomes
  • Participate in hourly rounding and bedside shift report
  • Responsible for demonstrating competency in new equipment and procedures
  • Provide clinical guidance to students and ancillary staff
  • Successfully complete hospital and unit-based orientation programs
  • Formulate a plan for professional growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and established policies and procedures
  • Identify standards of care and collaborate with colleagues to guide the plan of care

Requirements:

  • Current R.N. licensure in the state of South Carolina
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Preferred Requirements:

  • BSN degree

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $92,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
