Job Summary

The Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for efficiently pulling items from shelves, placing them in totes, and assembling the totes on pallets for delivery to our stores. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process store orders using an RF Scanner to select items and remove them from shelves.
  • Fulfill store orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all items are correctly placed in totes and pallets.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards for safety, security, and productivity.
  • Perform all operations in a manner that promotes safety and minimizes errors.
  • May be assigned to other warehouse duties as needed to support the team and company goals.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in order pulling or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and concisely.
  • Forklift experience is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate warehouse needs.
  • Reliability and punctuality are must-haves.
  • Ability to work in a seasonally warm or cool environment.
  • Basic computer experience with data entry is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires the use of both arms and both hands with full range of motion.
  • Ability to bend at the waist and knees, twist, push, and pull on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to kneel, squat, and climb as needed.
  • Ability to reach overhead and away from the body.
  • Ability to walk and stand for at least 90% of the time.
