Facilities and Mail Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Mail Coordinator to join our team in downtown Nashville. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that offers a chance to work with a well-known organization in a fully in-office setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the mailroom, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
  • Ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving of packages, utilizing tracking systems
  • Coordinate and perform deliveries within the office to various departments
  • Maintain a schedule for prompt delivery
  • Oversee kitchen and pantry management, including ordering and replenishing supplies
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Provide general office support, including setting up meeting rooms and assisting with office moves
  • Perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving packages and supplies
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in office support
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Location: Downtown Nashville
Schedule: Fully in-office, 9-6 Monday through Friday
