Job Overview: Syntricate Technologies is seeking a skilled EDI Implementation Specialist to manage the implementation process for complex EDI interfaces across multiple Order to Cash systems.

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Memphis, TN. In this role, you will own new EDI requests from initiation to completion, working directly with customers' IT teams and business partners to understand their requirements and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines and tasks by coordinating with customers and business stakeholders.
  • Complete functional process analysis, design, and testing of new and existing business processes.
  • Create mapping specifications and test scenarios for EDI integrations.
  • Facilitate connectivity setup, data mapping, and clean-up with other IT and business teams.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting, collaborating closely with customers.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedure documentation for EDI processes.
  • Provide EDI training to plants and other business partners.
  • Enable customer profiles in order management systems for EDI use.
  • Serve as a liaison between business/process owners, ITSS, and other IT groups to deliver information technology solutions.
  • Coordinate new business requirements or projects for EDI.
  • Support existing EDI integrations, including issue resolution and changes.
  • Evaluate IPG's and customers' needs, ensuring timely delivery of assignments through project planning meetings and regular communication.
  • Facilitate and drive meetings with stakeholders, including external customers, sales teams, and other IT teams.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • 6-8 years of experience in EDI and/or cXML mapping, transactions 850, 855, 860, 856, and 810.
  • Proven success in delivering IT-enabled projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
