You will receive guidance and direction from a designated Supervisor. This position does not involve any formal supervisory responsibilities or authority over other team members.

Working Conditions

The primary work environment for this role is both indoor and outdoor settings. You will be required to stand and walk for extended periods. The nature of the job involves frequent physical activities such as stepping, stooping, crawling, climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, pulling, and pushing. Heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 55 pounds is a common requirement.

The work environment may expose you to certain hazards and physical risks, necessitating strict adherence to safety precautions. You may also encounter moderate exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, unpleasant odors, and loud noises.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Demonstrate the ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions clearly.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to follow them diligently.
  • Be proficient in the safe use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Have the physical capacity to lift, push/pull, and manipulate heavy objects weighing up to 55 pounds.
