Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Laborer to join our team at Primoris. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in supporting our construction projects, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice and adhere to safety protocols and regulations
  • Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform quality work in accordance with project specifications
  • Account for all tools and materials at the end of each shift
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • Some experience in industrial or construction labor
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and drug/alcohol screen
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at elevated heights
  • Clean shaven and able to wear personal protective equipment as required
Work Environment

This role will be based on industrial construction sites and/or fabrication shops. You will be exposed to various climatic and environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, humidity, and noise levels.
