Job Description:

Our drivers are concerned about their future, and we want to address these concerns. We have been through ups and downs since our establishment in 1997, and we are financially stable. We haul consumables in reefers and dry vans, and we will continue to provide for consumers while you continue to provide for your family.

EQUIPMENT: We operate 2021 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks, which are the safest on the road. Our trucks are equipped with ergonomically designed seats, position perfect steering, 70 L/96 W sleepers, larger than average built-in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat-screen TV mounts, and satellite radios. We also have a passenger and pet policy.

SAFETY: Safety is everyone's responsibility. Our operations team is experienced and will dispatch you safely and legally. Most of our freight is in the middle corridor of the United States, and we will never force dispatch you through the mountains of the West Coast or to NY City. Our trucks undergo regular maintenance, and our shop is available 24/7.

COMMUNICATION: We value open communication with our drivers. We want every driver to feel at home, not just a part of the trucking industry. Our drivers and dispatchers know each other by name, and some have been around so long they have a nickname. Our operations department is available 24/7.

PAY: Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after you are fully processed. We pay our professionals loaded and empty on practical miles, which is up to 5% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses, and more. Top performers earned almost $100k last year.

FAMILIES: We understand that you must have a balance between work and home. Your family can feel secure knowing that while you're away, you will be making money to take care of them. And just as you work hard to deliver on time, our operations department works equally as hard to get you home on time.

The Basics

Loads: We haul dry van and reefer loads (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat), with 1 pick/1 drop or drop and hook, and 100% no-touch freight.
