Our Equipment: We operate 2021 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks, which are the safest on the road. They feature ergonomically designed seats, pedal and cruise control, and amenities like larger refrigerators, auxiliary power units, and satellite radios.
Our Safety Record: Safety is everyone's responsibility, and our operations team is experienced and dedicated to dispatching drivers safely and legally. We prioritize our drivers' safety and well-being, and our trucks undergo regular maintenance.
Our Communication Style: We believe in open communication and regular face-to-face meetings between drivers and managers. We want every driver to feel at home and valued, not just a part of the trucking industry.
Our Compensation Package: Pay is based on work record and experience, and we offer annual raises, merit raises, safety bonuses, and more. Top performers earned almost $100,000 last year.
