  • We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our medical team in Santa Cruz.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver personalized patient care, including assessing patients' physical condition and administering medications.

  2. Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

  3. Supervise nursing assistants to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

  4. Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient conditions and test results.

  5. Document patient assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.

  6. Educate patients and their families on health-related issues to promote informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid State licensure as an LVN/LPN.
  • Current CPR certification.
