We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Atkore International. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our supply chain operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our Regional Service Center.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analytics: Run and reconcile reports through various business analytics platforms to provide insights and support data-driven decision making.
- Warehouse Operations: Purchase warehouse supplies, complete non-inventory cycle counts, and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Vendor Management: Create purchase orders, interact with vendors, and coordinate vendor appointments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues, to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, reconciling expense reports, and completing other assigned duties.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience creating reports in Microsoft Excel, strong PC skills, including MS Office and Excel.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands, and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner.
