Key Responsibilities:
Your RoleThe Maintenance Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of our store. Your meticulous approach to maintenance tasks will enhance the shopping experience for our customers and ensure a well-kept environment for our staff.
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance to uphold store standards.
- Utilize cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers to maintain safe surfaces.
- Manage waste disposal and ensure trash receptacles are emptied regularly.
- Sanitize restrooms and break areas, ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness of surfaces including counters and display areas.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
- Assist with store operations, including stocking and organizing merchandise.
- Maintain the exterior of the store by managing parking lot cleanliness.
- Participate in cross-training for versatility in various roles.
- Engage in ongoing training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide courteous and professional support to customers and colleagues.
