Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Producer to join our team at TBN. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality content for our daily Better Together series.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Producer to develop and produce program content that aligns with our ministry goals and brand voice.
  • Assist in the creation of online and on-air promotional content, including writing scripts and overseeing post-production.
  • Participate in content development meetings and contribute to the development of long and short-form program content.
  • Interview guests, write scripts, and oversee content post-production as needed.
  • Assist the team during production and post-production, including logging footage, adding metadata, and creating content rough cuts.
  • Ensure all assignments are completed on schedule and to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant production experience, including long and short-form TV, social, and promotional content development.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise copy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and basic editing skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times per month when necessary.
