Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Journalist to join our team at NBCUniversal. As a key member of our news team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality news content to our audience through various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present news programs to the audience in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Conduct research and write news stories that attract and inform our audience.
  • Shoot, write, and edit news stories for broadcast, web, social media, and OTT platforms.
  • Work closely with producers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of news content.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of local and national news events.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve newsroom goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a television reporter with anchoring experience.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Enterprise reporting skills and experience with live reporting.
  • Strong news judgment and ability to make ethical decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
