Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Library Associate to join our team at the Weld Library District. As a Library Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our patrons, assisting with reference and research inquiries, and supporting the development of virtual services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide reference and research assistance to patrons via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist with the development and implementation of virtual services, including online training and support.
• Collaborate with librarians and other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of library services.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field.
• One year of related experience in a library setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
