Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Summit Medical Staffing Allied. As a travel Allied Health Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasound examinations, interpreting images, and providing diagnostic information to healthcare professionals. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless patient care and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound examinations using various modalities, including general US, abdominal, vascular, and obstetric imaging
  • Interpret images and provide diagnostic information to healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and examination results
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist (RVT or RDMS)
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or imaging center
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Epic or Fuji EMR systems
