Business Operations Clerk

**Job Description Overview**
The Billing and Collections Associate role at Spring Creek Towers is a vital position that supports the daily operations of the department. This role involves performing various clerical and administrative tasks, as well as interacting with residents to resolve unpaid balances and charges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving overdue accounts by contacting customers with unpaid bills and attempting to collect payment
- Working with internal teams to resolve issues preventing residents from paying their rent within agreed terms
- Reconciling billing errors and disputes, and following up with customers
- Preparing statements for the credit department
- Setting up repayment plans and advising customers on policies and default consequences
- Turning over accounts to attorneys if legal action is required
- Preparing daily packages for incoming payments, bank deposits, etc.
- Reviewing cash receipts and posting payments to resident ledgers
- Performing other duties as assigned or necessary, such as filing or mailings
Compensation:** $49,000 - $55,000 Annually
