Job Summary

The Security Officer is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their visitors, and their property. Key Responsibilities
  • Access Control: Monitor and control access to client premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel are granted access.

  • Incident Response: Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports as required.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a high level of security awareness and response to incidents.
Requirements
  • Valid Security License: Possess a valid security license in the state of Connecticut.
  • Security Experience: Have at least one year of experience in a security-related role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
