About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and contribute to the academic success of students with communication disorders. The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure or eligibility, and certification from ASHA.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, experience in a school-based setting, and a passion for collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders and promote academic success.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required.
