Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Systems Design/Architecture Engineer 3 to contribute to our innovative projects in clinical robotics.

Compensation: $100/hour on W2

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 Days (Local candidates preferred)

Contract Duration: 12-month engagement (with potential for extension)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction and Digital Transformation: Engage proactively with clients and partners to assess their business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Lead Digital Initiatives: Spearhead projects that leverage Microsoft Cloud technologies, including the integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Architectural Design and Technical Guidance: Develop cutting-edge enterprise solutions utilizing the Microsoft 365 platform, focusing on client-facing applications and incorporating AI technologies to streamline processes.
  • Project Oversight and Quality Control: Provide mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic Planning and Operational Excellence: Formulate competitive proposals and establish KPIs to measure project success, while contributing to the strategic vision of the practice.
  • Microsoft CoPilot Implementation: Assess organizational readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot, focusing on enhancing productivity and collaboration through AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Cloud solutions and experience in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Demonstrated success in deploying Microsoft cloud-based solutions, particularly with AI technologies like Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of resolving complex issues collaboratively.
  • Strong grasp of cloud architecture principles, including scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Experience with Azure services and tools, such as Azure DevOps and Azure Cognitive Services.
  • Ability to design cloud solutions that meet both functional and non-functional customer requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks, including machine learning and natural language processing.
  • Preferred certification in Microsoft Azure or related cloud technologies.
