  • Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate ongoing care for transplant patients.
  • Participate in transplant program quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the state of Maryland.
  • Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by an accredited certifying body.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting.
