- Monitor and manage post-transplant care, including medication management and wound care.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate ongoing care for transplant patients.
- Participate in transplant program quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the state of Maryland.
- Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by an accredited certifying body.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting.
