Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse RN to join our team on a PRN weekend schedule. As a Hospice Registered Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and services to patients and their families on a PRN weekend schedule.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing.
- One year experience as a registered nurse, preferred.
- Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role, preferred.
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
