Solventum is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, ensuring the timely delivery, pickup, and maintenance of cutting-edge medical device equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with customers daily to build, cultivate, and maintain superior customer relationships.
  • Perform and assist in maintaining inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
  • Clean, process, and quality control medical device equipment.
  • General housekeeping of facility and loading/unloading of equipment in company vehicles.
  • Support customers, including patients and hospital staff, to provide superior customer service with customer-centric solutions.
  • Prepare medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery.
  • Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies. Locate missing and misplaced equipment as needed.
  • Loading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.
  • Attend training and other scheduled business functions, which may require commercial air travel.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • One (1) year customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Current, valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

Work Environment:

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
