Senior Financial Analyst

Position Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for gathering and evaluating financial data from various segments of the organization, creating comprehensive revenue and expense analyses, forecasts, reports, and presentations.
This role involves coordinating and compiling annual financial documentation for the organization and its divisions, utilizing advanced spreadsheet and database tools.
Collaboration is key; this position works closely with all departments to ensure uniform reporting and compliance with federal and state financial regulations, as well as adherence to company fiscal policies and procedures.
Additionally, the analyst will assess, design, document, and implement internal financial reporting systems and protocols for the organization.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 1 year in a financial analyst, budget analyst, or accounting role
- Proficiency in SAP within a financial context is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively
- Capability to provide technical guidance and leadership in financial expertise
- Skills in database management
- Ability to plan, implement, and manage financial information and control systems
- Familiarity with various automated financial systems and software applications
- Proficient in compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting complex annual financial reports and projections
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Understanding of principles, processes, and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting as it pertains to public companies.

- Over 3 years of relevant experience
