Kraus Management Inc. is in search of a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep of residential properties.

Position Summary: Execute repair tasks within apartments and manage the maintenance of building interiors and exteriors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carpentry: Repair or replace cabinets, countertops, and closets.
  • Vacancy Preparation: Conduct necessary repairs to ready apartments for new occupants.
  • Electrical Work: Carry out electrical repairs in both apartments and communal areas.
  • Plumbing and Boiler Maintenance: Address issues such as leaks, washer replacements, and minor pipe repairs.
  • Painting and Plastering: Perform painting and plastering tasks throughout apartments and shared spaces.
  • Door and Lock Maintenance: Repair or replace entrance and apartment doors, as well as locks.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or construction roles.
