  • Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, assist with luggage handling, and uphold company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred.
