Qualifications and Experience
  • Enterprise Data Architecture: 2+ years of experience sustaining an enterprise data architecture, such as a common data model or data warehouse.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: 2+ years of experience working with internal stakeholders to design and implement business intelligence solutions.
  • Full Lifecycle BI Projects: 2+ years of experience owning the full lifecycle of business intelligence projects and solutions.
  • Enterprise Data Engineering: 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise data engineering, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack: 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a suitable field.
Skills and Experience
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Dynamic and Customer-Facing Role: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer-facing role, with the ability to prioritize and manage work and stakeholders across multiple projects.
  • Enterprise Data Environment: Capable of working within an enterprise data environment, with experience in change and integration management.
  • Data Wrangling and Modelling: Strong skills in data wrangling, Power Query and M, and data modelling and DAX.
  • Data Visualization and Troubleshooting: Strong skills in data visualization and troubleshooting concepts, with experience working with SQL Server Management Studio, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, and ALM Toolkit.
  • Security and Compliance: Comfortable working with row-level and object-level security, with a strong understanding of data security and compliance.
