About the Role- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning members.
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service operations.
- Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions and events.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and budget to ensure efficient operations.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food trends and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
