Avery Dennison is seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Generalist to support our Apparel Aftermarket business in the US. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert HR support to employees and leaders across multiple sites, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR support to employees and leaders, including policy interpretation, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
- Support employee engagement and retention through effective communication, training, and development programs.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure a positive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- At least one to four years of related experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
