Job Title: Regional HR Generalist - Apparel Aftermarket

Avery Dennison is seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Generalist to support our Apparel Aftermarket business in the US. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert HR support to employees and leaders across multiple sites, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to employees and leaders, including policy interpretation, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Support employee engagement and retention through effective communication, training, and development programs.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least one to four years of related experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
