Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate partnerships with community support groups
  • Assist patients with necessary enrollment documentation for therapies
  • Oversee the administration of Provenge therapy
  • Monitor patient progress to guarantee optimal care delivery
  • Serve as a bridge between patients and healthcare professionals
  • Offer support to patients and families during critical decision-making moments
  • Coordinate appointments for additional support services
  • Identify and mitigate obstacles to care access

Educational Background and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minimum of 3 years in oncology or urology
  • Valid RN license

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong clinical expertise and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
