Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a professional who desires to work beyond traditional clinical environments, helping individuals with disabilities achieve greater independence and community involvement. Our focus is on providing services to children, adolescents, and adults within their homes and communities.
The role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans that meet funding requirements, supervising staff, training parents, and reassessing and submitting necessary documentation to funders. While in-person presence in the Boston area is preferred for assessments and training, we offer flexibility for remote supervision and meetings.
Employment Type: We are open to hiring either a full-time or part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team.
Company Culture: Founded by a BCBA, BILT, Inc. emphasizes collaboration and support throughout all cases. Our administrative team handles scheduling, allowing you to concentrate on behavioral interventions. We utilize Central Reach for efficient data collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document all behavioral services delivered.
- Conduct direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training, focusing on behavioral strategies, proactive measures, triggers, interventions, and replacement behaviors.
- Establish a system for collecting objective data regarding clients' skills and needs.
- Maintain a database for program-specific information, including essential data points.
- Ensure quality outcome data is collected and analyzed.
- Complete functional assessments.
- Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), with consultation provided post-discharge.
- Engage with all relevant parties to gather input and maintain effective communication.
- Adjust BSPs as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
- Participate in all agency, departmental, and client-specific meetings as required.
- Provide training for direct support staff on the implementation of individual behavioral support plans and related data collection.
Position Details: Part-time hours range from 4 to 20 hours per week, while full-time positions start at 35 hours weekly. Opportunities for advancement within the company are available, and transitioning to full-time after a probationary period is possible. While remote work is an option, in-person attendance is expected when ethically necessary for client support. Please note that the BCBA will not be responsible for staff training or scheduling.
