We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing skill acquisition programming using evidence-based practices and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will work closely with our team to provide staff, teacher, and parent training, conduct ongoing data analysis, and create behavior support plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
  • Provide training and coaching to staff, teachers, and parents
  • Conduct ongoing data analysis and assessment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Attend and participate in IFSP/IEP meetings

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field and BCBA certification
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a variety of settings, including homes, EI centers, and schools
