Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT Leadership and Finance Operations to establish and adjust project priorities.

  • Facilitate the breakdown of technical requirements to support business objectives.
  • Identify and address gaps in project execution.
  • Implement IT Change Management processes for system modifications.
  • Track user stories and activities using Microsoft DevOps.
  • Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Organize weekly meetings with the support team as necessary.
  • Participate in various project meetings, including technical discussions and product reviews.
  • Provide daily updates on project metrics and progress.
  • Ensure project outcomes align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in multiple technical and business disciplines.
  • Prepare and present updates to senior management.
  • Review and maintain supporting documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to conceptualize comprehensive system solutions.
  • Plan and execute project milestones effectively.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures to comply with cybersecurity standards and information risk management.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Information Technology practices and operations.
  • Ability to initiate and implement necessary changes effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with technical peers, management, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
  • Understanding of IT development and implementation processes.
  • Experience in detailed design and gap analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams.
  • Experience in designing enterprise-level systems architectures.
  • Familiarity with security and data classification standards.

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
