BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Highland Park, New Jersey.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and comfort.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to address patients' physical therapy needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate and empower them to manage their care.
Requirements
  • Active and current license to practice as a professional Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
  • Previous home healthcare experience is a plus, but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
  • A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
