What We Seek:
We are in search of a Senior Civil Engineer to enhance our civil engineering team in the Northeast region of the United States. In this capacity, you will work within multidisciplinary teams on the planning, design, and construction engineering of site development projects for a diverse array of municipal and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of site plans, technical documentation, design schematics, contract materials, cost assessments, and permit submissions for various projects.
- Contribute to land development planning and participate in municipal discussions.
- Engage in site grading, building configurations, access road design, and stormwater management strategies for diverse locations.
- Navigate local, county, and state regulations and permitting processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
- 4-8 years of relevant project experience in land development; experience across multiple states is advantageous.
- Familiarity with engineering modeling software such as HydroCAD, SewerGEMS, and HEC-RAS.
- Proficiency in engineering drafting software by Autodesk (Civil 3D) and ability to collaborate effectively with CAD professionals.
- Experience presenting at zoning hearings and other public forums.
Salary range: $101,600 - $152,400, commensurate with experience.
