Job Title: Learning Environment Facilitator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and caring Learning Environment Facilitator to join our team at Community Residences. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment, empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement individualized learning plans, incorporating educational and behavioral strategies.
  2. Establish and maintain a safe and inclusive physical environment, promoting access and mobility for all clients.
  3. Coordinate and participate in community outings, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client progress, identifying areas for improvement and reporting changes to supervisors.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individual Plans of Care.
  6. Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting social and emotional well-being.
  7. Participate in training opportunities, staying updated on best practices and industry developments.
