- Prioritize and document patient problems based on assessed needs/problems in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
- Establish and implement a plan of care in collaboration with other disciplines that promotes wellness and facilitates the discharge process.
- Monitor and document patient's condition and effectiveness and timeliness of care and/or interventions.
- Evaluate, update, and revise the plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) certification required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) certification required.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIH) completed within the last year, required.
