As a personal trainer with a specialty in women's health and fitness, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in the comfort of their own homes, providing tailored fitness experiences that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver personalized in-home training programs for women's health and fitness
  • Provide safe and effective exercise regimens for clients with osteopenia and osteoporosis
  • Lead Pilates mat sessions and provide nutritional advice to support fitness goals
  • Work with clients to develop and achieve their fitness goals

Requirements:

  • College degree in an exercise-related field or certification from a licensed vocational program
  • Top-tier, nationally accredited certification
  • Practical experience and commitment to professional growth and continued education
  • Ability to safely facilitate in-person exercise sessions and provide exercise technique demonstrations
  • Efficient use of public and/or private transportation to meet clients at their homes or other locations
  • Availability to complete a minimum of 16 sessions per week
