  • Assist in planning and implementing a variety of activities and programs to promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being among residents.
  • Collaborate with the activities director to develop and implement a comprehensive activity program that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Support the recruitment and retention of volunteers to assist with activities and programs.
  • Review and document pertinent information in the Daily Log and Department Log.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the activities director or other management staff.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
