Position Overview
TheraCare is actively seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide outstanding therapy services to our adult clientele in various care settings, including Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities.

Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will assess and treat patients based on physician referrals, utilizing therapeutic techniques aimed at enhancing communication, swallowing, and auditory functions.
This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support in the field of Speech Language Pathology.
Therapy services will be delivered in diverse settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Clinics, Long-Term Care Facilities, and Home Health environments.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Current state licensure/certification
Preferred experience of at least one (1) year in a rehabilitation setting
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to provide therapy in various care environments
Proficiency in the application of therapeutic principles and techniques
Understanding of accreditation standards and compliance regulations
