Theracare is seeking a motivated Speech Therapist to deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our adult population in the Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Independent Living setting.

As a member of our dedicated therapy team, you will evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with orders from the physician, through the use of therapeutic procedures designed to improve speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders to overcome disabilities from a variety of causes.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, current state license/certification, and a minimum of one year experience in rehabilitation. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders
  • Providing therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
  • Working as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Speech/Language Pathology
