Military Construction QC Lead

About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Military Construction QC Lead to join our team at Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality control specialists and ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of quality control specialists to conduct site inspections and develop quality control plans
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve quality-related issues
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and delays
- Provide training and guidance to subcontractors and staff on quality control procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience working Quality Control on military construction projects
- Possesses a 4-year degree from an accredited college or university, Civil Engineer preferably
- Experience working on Ammunition Supply projects supporting the DoD or military
- Current state driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of valid insurance
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain base access
