Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure that every product in the bakery is always fresh, visually appealing, and hot when served.
  • Maintain quality by preparing all products according to Golden Corral recipes and standards.
  • Maintain proper portioning and recipe yields to minimize waste.
  • Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide to ensure consistency.
Guest Service:
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting them with baked goods and answering questions.
  • Know and follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
Cleanliness:
  • Perform duties to meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
  • Follow local health department laws and regulations.
