Job Summary
Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and mentoring and developing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of employees to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Mentor and develop employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the retail or food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
