Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Develop and implement energy management programs to reduce energy consumption and costs.
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and priorities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in building maintenance and repair, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Universal CFC certification preferred; additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems a plus.
- Ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
