Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Cardinal Health. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for receiving and fulfilling orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products, perform quality control checks, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment, such as order pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks, to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to follow direction and change priorities.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with technologies, such as computers or point of sale systems, a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
