Position Overview
Bosch Rexroth is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler. This role involves the assembly of various components into complete products for industrial automation applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Precision fitting of parts and components
  • Conducting visual and dimensional inspections of both components and finished products
  • Adhering to established assembly methods and procedures
  • Proficiently reading blueprints and effectively utilizing gauges
  • Familiarity with torque gauges is advantageous
  • Demonstrating mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools
  • Understanding general dimensioning and tolerances
  • Skillful use of micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
  • Complying with safety policies and work instructions

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
Strong mathematical skills and problem-solving capabilities are necessary.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety regulations, operating instructions, and technical drawings is crucial.
Must be able to pass required assessments, background checks, and drug screenings.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting is important.
