Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Optical Assembly Specialist to join our team at Staff Perm. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of optical or opto-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing assembly, test, and data collection on assembly units.
  • Must have computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Nice To Have: Clean Room procedures, Microscope, Optics and/or Semiconductors.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Some experience in manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Windows and Microsoft Office applications - Required.
  • Assembly of opto-mechanical components with related tooling.
  • ISO policies and procedures.
  • Clean room procedures.
  • Ability to work with small parts under a microscope for extended amounts of time.
  • Manual dexterity, mechanical assembly.
